To deliver effective results, we ask that clients:

- Ensure all materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights.
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
04Fees & Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified in your service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the agreed period. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
05Intellectual Property
Deliverables created for you become your property upon full payment, except for third-party assets and our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, which remain ours. You grant us the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio and case studies unless agreed otherwise.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
07Warranties & Disclaimers
We deliver our services with professional care and skill. However, digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated in your agreement.
08Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryvex Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
09Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice terms set out in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
10Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kryvex Media operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
